Redmi Note 12 Sales Reach Rs 1,000 Crore in India.
As we can remember, Xiaomi’s smartphone division has focused most of its efforts on the Redmi Note series as its primary offering in the international market. The company announced in December 2022 that it has sold more than 300 million copies of its Note series smartphones worldwide, with 72 million units sold in India by themselves. Despite its success, demand for the Note series continues to rise, and the company has just announced that the most recent lineup, Redmi Note 12, has already surpassed Rs. 1000 crore in sales within two months of its launch India. This news comes as the company has revealed that the Redmi Note 12 was launched in India.

The Vice President of Xiaomi Global, Alvin Tse, turned to Twitter to make the latest Xiaomi sub-brand public knowledge achievement. Xiaomi has previously announced that the Redmi Note 12 series produced a revenue of Rs. 300 crores in India during the first week of their sale. This figure refers to the country’s currency. The company reached another significant benchmark over the subsequent two weeks when it sold units for Rs. 500 crores across the country. And now the total value of the lineup has crossed the mark of 1,000 rupees.
The fact that there is a great demand for smartphones in the Redmi Note series demonstrates that these products are well-liked by customers in India and elsewhere in the world. Many things, including the lineup itself, have contributed to the event’s success. To begin, Xiaomi has persistently upgraded the series by introducing new features, including cameras with higher resolution and longer battery lives and performance enhancements. In addition, the company has maintained the cell phones at comparable prices to those of other brands, making them available to a wider variety of clients.
The most recent Redmi Note 12 series features three models: the base-level Note 12, the more feature-packed Note 12 Pro, and the most advanced Redmi Note 12 Pro+. Each of the three handsets comes preinstalled with Android 12 and MIUI 13, which are built on a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display. The Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chip is included in the regular model, while the higher-end Dimensity 1080 SoC is reserved for the Pro models.
